Olena Vovk

Psychotherapist and Medical Psychologist

Kyiv, Ukraine

I hold a license to practice medicine issued by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (License No. 154501, Decision No. 1359 dated August 29, 2025). I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, as well as with parents, helping them cope with anxiety, panic, psychosomatic symptoms, and self-esteem issues, and supporting them in their search for meaning and direction in life.

My approach is based on existential analysis(the Alfried Längle method), which I studied atGLE-International in Vienna, supplemented by elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and client-centered therapy. I am a member of the Ukrainian Association of Psychotherapists.

I began my career in medicine—starting as a nurse, then pursuing a medical degree and specializing in pediatric otolaryngology—before transitioning to become a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. This journey shapes how I work today: focusing on the whole person, not just the symptoms.

I am also the methodology director for the «Я Є» (“I Am”) project—a standalone wellness initiative based on existential analysis for young people aged 14–25.

Sessions are conducted in Ukrainian. For professional inquiries or collaboration opportunities, please contact me:
